The company Family Timber Finland Oy was founded in 1993. It specializes in timber trade and acts as a real estate agency specialized in forest and farming properties.
TIMBER TRADE
Foreign trade started immediately after the company was founded in 1993. From the beginning, spruce logs was exported to Japan. Our main market area is Finland and Europe. It’s possible to supply all types of wood (log and pulpwood) and the main species are pine, spruce and birch. Currently we export pulpwood to several different countries in Europe. We mainly cooperate with Forest Management Associations in Finland. FMA cut the trees along to the roadside and Family Timber Finland buys and delivers trees to the agreed customer delivery point.
